New Payment Method or Card Expiry
If your debit card expires, we will no longer be able to take payments from it.
Should this happen, you will receive an email notifying you, it will say something like:
We are contacting you to let you know that your BOFA subscription for Repeat payment for 1 pupil: 7.99 GBP monthly has expired as we have been unable to take the latest renewal payment.
Don't worry! This problem is really very easy to rectify.
All you need to do is go into your parent account, cancel your subscription, take out another subscription with your new method of payment and tranfer the pupil(s) over to the new subscription.
To change a pupil over from one subscription to another, go into 'Manage Pupils' in your parent account, and you will see a tick box to the left of their name. Tick this, scroll to the bottom of the page and locate a dropdown menu. In this dropdown, you'll see a number of options. Choose 'Assign to a subscription', and on the next page simply select your new subscription!
